Sensible Investor is operated by AdvisorWorld.com Inc. This notice applies to information handled through sensible-investor.com (the “Site”). In this notice, “we,” “our,” and “us” mean AdvisorWorld.com Inc.

Our privacy officer is accountable for our personal-information practices. Questions or complaints can be sent to support@advisorworld.com with the subject “Privacy Notice Enquiry.”

2. Effective date and scope

This notice is effective July 25, 2026. It covers information processed through this Site. A material change will be published here with a revised effective date before the changed practice applies.

3. Information we process

The Site currently has no user accounts, contact forms, newsletter forms, watchlists, or saved screens. You can read its public pages without giving us your name, phone number, or mailing address.

Technical request information. Hosting and security providers may process an IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, referring page, language, and request time. We use this information to deliver pages, diagnose failures, protect the Site, and understand aggregate traffic.

Email. If you email us, we receive your address and the content you choose to send. We use it to respond and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for that exchange, business records, security, or a legal obligation.

4. Cookies, analytics, and recordings

The current pre-launch Site does not set advertising cookies, build interest-based advertising profiles, or run session-recording software. Routine infrastructure may use essential technical storage or logs needed to serve and protect the Site. If we add analytics, recordings, accounts, or optional features that change these practices, this notice will be updated before that collection begins.

5. Children and minors

The Site is not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has sent personal information to us.

6. Service providers and disclosure

Hosting, security, email, and other service providers may process limited information on our behalf to perform their services. We require service providers to safeguard information and use it only for authorized purposes.

We may disclose information when required by a valid court order, subpoena, warrant, law, or regulator with authority to compel disclosure. Information may also be considered in a merger, acquisition, financing, bankruptcy, or other change in corporate control, subject to applicable legal requirements. We do not sell visitor personal information.

Information may be processed or stored outside Canada and will then be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We require our providers to apply appropriate safeguards wherever processing occurs.

7. Safeguards and retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, theft, and misuse. No website or storage system can eliminate security risk. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose described here or as required by law.

8. Third-party websites

The Site links to filing repositories, credential directories, and other third-party sources. We do not control their security or privacy practices. Their policies govern information handled after you follow an external link.

9. Access, correction, and complaints

To ask about personal information we may hold, request access or correction, or make a complaint, email support@advisorworld.com with the subject “Privacy Notice Enquiry.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Applicable law may limit some requests.
