1. Agreement and operator

Sensible-investor.com and its associated pages (the “Site”) are operated by AdvisorWorld.com Inc. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Notice, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

2. Definitions and audience

“Content” means text, images, software, data, calculations, scores, and other material available through the Site. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean AdvisorWorld.com Inc. “You” means the person accessing the Site.

The Site is intended for people age 18 or older. We seek to make it accessible. Report an access problem to support@advisorworld.com.

3. Educational content only

The Site publishes general education about funds, fees, portfolios, regulatory filings, and investor process. Content is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. It is not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold a security, and it does not account for your objectives, finances, or circumstances.

Research may use public filings, disclosed assumptions, and third-party source material. A filing may be late, amended, incomplete, or superseded. Calculations may contain errors, and data may be delayed or unavailable. Read each stated source-event date, methodology, and limitation. Past results do not predict future performance.

4. Restrictions on use

You may read, quote with appropriate attribution, and link to public pages for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site unlawfully, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, evade access controls, or impose excessive automated load.

Do not misrepresent our work, remove required attribution, falsely imply endorsement, or use Content in a defamatory, deceptive, or abusive way. Copying, selling, licensing, or building a commercial derivative from a substantial part of the Site requires written permission. 5. Ownership and intellectual property

The Site and its Content are owned by AdvisorWorld.com Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only the limited right needed to access and use the Site as described here. Other rights are reserved.

Third-party names, marks, filings, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply its endorsement of the Site.

6. Information you send us

Email is not a secure channel for confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information. Do not send trade secrets, account credentials, investment instructions, or material you are not authorized to share.

You retain ownership of feedback you send, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it to operate and improve the Site. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Notice.

7. Accuracy and availability

We use reasonable efforts to publish accurate, dated information, but do not promise that Content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. The Site may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice. You are responsible for checking primary sources and obtaining professional advice appropriate to your situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdvisorWorld.com Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

10. General terms

These terms are effective July 25, 2026. We may revise them by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. These terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Disclaimer contain the agreement governing your use of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. The parties have required these terms and related documents to be prepared in English.
